Support our Caregivers

You can make a difference.

Our healthcare professionals continue to give themselves when caring for patients in difficult, and sometimes even  dangerous, situations. This means taking on stressful medical challenges, working long days and hours, sacrificng personal time with friends and family, and keeping their patients, patient family members, and fellow coworkers top priority.

Make a donation to encourage and celebrate our physicians, nurses, support staff, and all of the healthcare professionals who give their all for patients today and every day. Donations will be used to support wellness initiatives that provide stress relief, promote mental, emotional and spiritual well-being to our CareGivers who have been called to help us in our time of need.

Now is the time you can choose to give back to our incredible CareGivers at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital.

"The nurse in the OR with me was named Lauren. While wheeling me into surgery she laid a gentle hand on my shoulder and kept it there until I was under general anesthesia. I don't know if she will ever understand how much that simple gesture of human touch meant to me. This was my first major surgery, and I was very nervous going into it. While she did not say much, her hand on my shoulder was so meaningful and reassured me that everything was ok. I want Lauren to know how much she meant to me that day!" - OR patient

"My mom was a patient at Ascension Providence Rochester on the sixth floor. She passed. Your staff did an excellent job of keeping my mom comfortable! Specifically, Lynette (nurse) and Kim (nurse's aide) went above and beyond to make sure that my mom was taken care of - and they also took very good care of my brother, sister, and me. I wanted to let you know that those two people are an asset to your hospital! They were both kind, compassionate and attentive!" - Relative of a patient
